Holy Basil stress releif pill

Went to the local health store today and asked about stress releif pills.  They said everyone comes back for the Holy Basil pill.  Gonna give it a try and see what it does.  They also said that people say if they were on a deserted island this would be one comfort item they would want.  Cant hurt.  I also asked about RLS and they suggested the Hylands.  I tried that already last night and did not seem to help.  They then told me about Horse Chestnut pills.  Weird name, but so worth a shot.  Anyway, no pills since last Fri morning, so I know I am on my way.  Still cold, sweaty, clammy feeling, but I think that is even better today.  Also, looking into a massage for tomorrow evening.  Gonna treat myself!!   Stay focused!!

I've never heard of that, but it would be worth a try!  Is it supposed to be to help relax you?  Or for sleep or what?  Do the people at the store know you are detoxing?  I'm just curious cause if it helps, it would be great to tell new people about down the road!!!  Sometimes you have to take quite a bit of the Hyland's I think.  You should be feeling better every day now.  : )

I think it's worth a try! Anything that assists in your recovery is a beneficial tool to keep in your toolbelt!  Keep up the good work, your symptoms will keep fading away!!

No one knows that I am detoxing.  The Holy Basil is suppose to be for stress releif.  I am having some avxiety issues, so i hope it helps.  The Horse chestnut pills are suppose to help the rls.  How many of the Hylands do you need to take for releif?   I took 3 last night and then 3 more about an hour later and no releif.  I suppose since its an all natural thing I could take more and it wouldnt hurt.

That is not true. just because it is Natural you could take more. some natural meds are very powerful and also should not be mixed with other prescription drugs unless cleared by your Dr our pharmacist.. as addicts instead of 2 aspirins we take 3 ya know. stick close to the directions. are you dissolving the hylands under your tongue ? The first days I just took them and wondered about there effectiveness then I read the back :) Hot baths are a tremendous relief for rls as well heating pads wrapped around your legs walking also helps a lot.. Congrats on taking your life back !! lesa

wow, I guess I didnt realize that about natural remedies. You are so right about addicts always taking at least one or two more than what the directions say. Thanks for the good info!!
