Horrible pain

I've been really sick for the last few weeks.  It started as a uti was treated for it and wound up in the hospital twice last week with excruciating pain in lower back and abdomen.  First they said it was a kidney stone then after the cat scan they said no there's no stone.  The cat scan showed a lot of swelling in my lower back.  I've also been having strange bowls sometimes with lots of blood.   I'm constantly nauseas and throwing up.  The urologist said it wasn't urinary,  there's scaring in my kidney from a terrible infection a few years ago but that's it.   I'm taking tramadol 100 mg every six hours along with a muscle relaxer.  But I'm not finding relief from the pain.   I'm also on 100 mg serequil and 15mg Remron at bedtime and gabapentin 300  three times a day.   I have no energy and the pain is horrible.  Does anyone have any idea what could be going on?  On a side note I have developed horrible headaches as well.   I am seeing a orthopedic Monday but I am so sick and don't know what else to do.  I'm in recovery have been for 3 years on the 26th,  I'm in horrible pain and I think I need to get something stronger than tramadol but am also very fearful.  Thoughts

Also are you constipated? Because you are on very constipating meds. So when you are able to have a bowel movement are you straining? This can cause hemorroids that can rupture and this could be where the blood is coming from. And severe constipation will make you sick, even vomit. I'm not a doc, this is just my opinion. Please tell your doc.

That's quite the mixture of meds, this could be part of the feeling sick and the headaches. I'm not sure what you're in recovery for,but just a heads up that tramadol is VERY addictive and some have even said harder to come off of then their opioids were. I would deff suggest talking to your doc,you can't keep living this way. Good luck to you,I pray things get better soon!

You might want to see a colon doctor. I hope you get to the bottom of this, its hard feeling so bad and being worried at the same time. Good luck to you.
