How Long will this take?

Okay~ Monday will be here soon and it will be day 7 of tapering.  I will have to tell you that this weekend was extreamy hard,  Not that I wanted to take more pills but to try to ACT normal in front of my BF.  I am so disappointed in myself for getting myself in this postion..

I have really felt detox this week and it has not been pleasent at all.. My ears wont quit ringing..weak,dizzy,drymouth,nervousness.. I have also noticed my hair looks thiner right in the front crown area (GO FIQURE).

The weired thing is I feel worse now then I did when I was taking 4 a day= 40mg.. I am very honest with you and I have not taken anymore then 2 & 1/2 Hydrocone 10's= 25mg daily.  I only have 7.5mg left-  I am out of the 10 mg.
I would like to know how to taper this down and I would also like to start tomorrow.

I will be free of this I will claim my life AGAIN!!  I hate these pills!

The ****** feeling is going to last as long as you taper & then some after u stopped. That's why I went for the CT route...to get the madness over with faster. Just the honest truth...I think it takes more strength to taper than to just up & quit.

I suppose but it does drag ot the process... errrrg!..  Im still not stablized on my current taper. I would like to taper a little bit tommrow too!

All my painful physical withdrawals were done by the end of Day 3. The insomnia is what's driving me crazy now.

Does nothing help? I have head that Kava Tea works really good.. I am so pround of you!
