How can I withdrawal the best way with what I have

Hi, and thanks beforehand for any help you guys can offer me.  I got myself addicted to Opana ER 40mg.  I crush and snort 3 per day and sometimes take a few 10mg percs.  I need to get off this crap.  I quit a 7 year xanax addiction and if i can get through that, this is I can do too.  Basically I got myself about 40 8mg diluadids and 20 30mg oxycodones to help with the withdrawals.  I just dont know how to go about it the best way and I dont have a doctor.  Im in school full time and this is my last semester and I graduate with my degree and I cannot screw up my last semester.  Ive been kicking myself for doing this but its done and need to stop.  I also have 9 40mg opana er's left.  I was going to try and just do 2 tomorrow and 2 the next day and cut down from there but I dont know what will work.  I was hoping someone on here can help me that know more than I and would know what I should do with what I have.  Thank you all so much

in my opinion you should try looking at this problem from all angles, trying to feel the least amount of w/d symptoms to get feeling the way you felt before pills
is a very Hard thing to do and very few can do it because it is a complete mindf*&%! and will power doesn't work once addiction has set in. think about how irrational it is to think you wont just want to use after all those drugs are gone, because at some point you will feel sickness, it just depends how long you want to continue in the current cycle, nothing changes , if nothing changes....

Try looking at WD like you came down with the flu. If you got the flu you'd have to deal with it for at least two weeks. Two weeks after stopping opiates you'd be well past the rough stuff and getting into some good physical recovery. Congratulations on your upcoming graduation.

I don't think using pills to get off pills is the way to go here....just my opinion though. There are many people on this forum who have quit pills cold turkey, and honestly, if u can take about a week, week and a half, you can too. The Thomas Taper on this site will be very helpful to u. If u can make a plan, get the vitamins necessary, then u can do this. U need to dump the oxys and other pills b/c your only going to prolong what u MUST go through. There is no way around it....u must withdraw. But with opiates the time is less than most. U also must make a plan for what your going to do after, aftercare. I do n/a but its not for everyone?? Don't use the pills, your going to make the situation worse. Good luck and when does your last semester start? Can u figure for some time for yourself. Today I am 71 days clean.

When making a choice to stop using, part of it is to find out why you started using.  This needs to change.
Most people who are not under a Drs care just abruptly stop using opioids.
A good support system is important. Talking to others who quit will help you.
