How do I quit taking oc's

Hi, I was hoping that someone could offer advise on an Oxycontin taper that works. I am trying to wean off of OC's and want to stop taking them completely. I've been unsuccessful thus far doing it cold turkey. I cannot miss any more days from work due to being sick from withdrawal. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
