How do you cope ?

I'm reducing my morhine by 1 x 60mg s/r tablet. Today i've felt like death. Hot, cold, moody, ratty, sweats, being sick etc... I am taking a lot of morphine ( approx 650mg per day ) along with zydol, baclofen, dihydrcodeine, arthrotec, paracetamol & pantoprazole for my hernia. I also take adcal twice a day for osteoporosis. It started when I fell off the back of a lorry & went to my doctor. After trying other painkillers he gave me a 500ml bottle oramorph & said take what you need. This was 5 years ago. I now get 3 x 500ml bottles at a time & a whole carrier bag of other painkillers. It has been decided to decrease it so i've been told to take 3 instead of 4 60mg morphine pills in the morning. It's now the 3rd day & i've been getting rougher & rougher. Should I start by reducing it by 10ml s/r at a time? Interested to hear any comments
