How long does HYDROCONE-APAP (generic for VICODIN-ES) last in your system

How long does HYDROCODONE-APAP 750mg (generic for vicodin es) last in someone system.
I got hurt at work 8/21/2004 was given Vicodin in the later part of 2005 been taking them 1 tablet orally 4 times daily for BURSITIS. Iam now going to take a drug test for new employment here in Hawaii.

If you haven't taken any since 2005 you'll be fine - if you only take it occasionally it stays in your system about 3-4 days.   If you are a daily user, it's more like 5-7 days.  Good luck with the job in Hawaii

May be a dumb question, but do you get a script for them? Kinda hard to tell from reading your post. I would assume not or why else would you be worried? If you do, then you have nothing to worry about. If you don't, well then...:)

How much time do you have before your test? You could always go buy a drug test for opiates at the pharmacy and see how you do.

I had been on lortabs for 2 years,,abusing them of course. I had to have a liver biopsy so I called the dr and asked about being on the lortab and he said 72 hours. He said it would be out of my system in that time and I couldnt have the procedure done until then.
