How long does RSL last? Day 8 off of an Oxy addiction

Hi all here I am again talking about my RSL.  I am on day 8 off of a 4 year opiate addiction.  The majority of the my detox sytoms are gone except my leg still keeps doing this twitching thing at night.  I'm fine during the day, but as soon as I get tired and attempt to go to bed, my leg starts the twitching thing again.  It's getting old.  I am doing the vitamins, drinking lots of water eating bananas and soaking in the hot tub every night, but it still won't stop.  Has anyone every experienced this and how long before it goes away?  Thank for everyones help and advice.
Kristi

RLS was the worst for me.I detoxed off of methadone so it took quite a while for it to stop for me.Exercise helps so much, even just walking around the block once or twice a few times a day.You can try wrapping your legs with ace bandages tight, but not too tight.they also sell something at Walmart called Hylands restful legs....Best of luck and Congrats on day 8!!!!!!!!   Peace...Kim
