How long for Tramadol WD's?

I was taking 8-10 a day for 3 weeks. Please tell me how long this will last. I feel like my body is dying :(

Yes I did. And still feel horrible. It's mostly just my feet.

Yes aches and body pain is common. Did you try the suggestions I have last night? Many times walking and stretching helps alleviate some of the pain and stiffness.

The main thing that is the worst for me is severe foot pain. Is this normal?

Ok I will force myself to shower and get out and about today. I have a date tonight. I'm a little nervous for because of how I feel.

Good morning yes it is much better to force yourself to move, to get your mind and busy. It will help you heal. It will take your mind off the symptoms.
Please eat and hydrate today.

Thank you. My poor feet ache so bad I can barely handle it. I feel like I'm dying :( I am forcing myself to go out on a date tonight. Yesterday I layed in bed all day long. I'm trying my hardest. Do you think it's a good idea to force myself to get out of the house on day 2?

Hi Shawnee! everyone is different, and no one can really say how long your withdrawals will last. It's true you haven't been taking them for very long, so hopefully they won't last very long.  I've heard that Tramadol withdrawals can last a little longer and be a little more difficult.  Hang in there and try not to dwell on the time. I know that's easy for me to say.  You will get through this. Make sure you are doing all the right things, staying hydrated, taking vitamins & supplements, etc.  Take care!

Is that for someone that's been on them a long time? I'm hoping mine won't be as long since I've only been on them 3 weeks

I'm pretty new to this, but from what I've learned the first 4 days are the worst.
