How long?

I am now clean 50!! hours just wondering how long the major leg and limb pain can or could last? This trully is the only problem I am having, every other w/d symptom doesn't seam to be affecting me all that badly. I had the cold sweats yesterday, but other than that it has only been the leg and quad pain. Any ideas?

The good news is that the leg cramps seem to be one of the wd symptoms that resolves at around a week.  Other symptoms can last longer. Hyland's Restful Legs with Quinine has helped many people, along with potassium supplements (or through foods such as bananas if you can eat). Ibuprofin helps with the aches.

2 days clean.  Yea!!!  You can make it.  What have you been on?  How long and how much have you been on??  I have been on Norco 4 years and now have been off 4 weeks.  Most problems resolved, only one left is excessive saliva.  I weaned myself without too much difficulty.
