If you've smoke weed for many years, how long will it take before you can expect to test clean on a urine drug test?

it stays in your fat cells, so it's hard to say.. at least 30 days..ive seen a 180 lb. guy pass after not using for like 25 days.. diane

My ex was a very heavy user, and he passed after about 18 days.  He was very slender and jogged a lot during detox.

My husband was a daily smoker for 20+ years - took three months for him to pee clean.  And he even tried some of the blockers at two and a half months and it didn't work.  He quit in January and didn't test clean until the beginning of April.  It varies from person to person.

If you have to test for a job, do what he did.  Buy some drug tests at Costco and use them every week or two until they are clean.  Then you can be pretty sure you'll test clean.  It really varies from person to person.  He is 220#.

Another tip on this one, try drinkin a ton of water daily. The more you flush the kidneys, the quicker they refill with more toxins. So if you drink 2-3 gallons of water a day, you may be able to test clean after 10 days. I was a daily smoker for 27 years, and this worked for me a time or two.If you do this dont plan on being far away from a rest room....
