How long?

I am currently on day 10 clean.  How long till i can sleep again and the restless achy legs at night goes away.  This insomnia is killing me........I have passed all the rough stuff, the tweaking, upset stomach, runs, and all the other **** except this HOW LONG?

ambien is what i took for sleep, i didnt want to get hooked on that though so i only used it for like days nights, then i got into sleep pattern again . i still have almost the whole months script sitting here, and the rls, get out for a walk, even before bedtime is good, sounds redundant but the walkin really helps.@Teddy

Not sure how much u were on but it took me 12 days/nights no sleep b4 i even got a couple hours...been 31 days now and i sleep ok still have some nights of restless sleep but as long as i get 5hrs i am good..hang in there it will get better and what kept me going was that i knew no one has ever died from lack of sleep just find something to keep u busy. best of luck to u!!!
