How much is too much?

hello, well my question is not about whether im an addict, i know i am. I just wondered how severe my case was. I was prescribed adderall 3 yrs ago. started at 10mg twice a day, i did that for about 6 month, then went up to 15 in the morning 10 after lunch....long story short i really liked the high and started taking it 3 times a week and now i take it daily, and on any given day ill take up to as much as 150mg to just 70 or 80. i believe my body is on the verge of a continuous overdose but at the same time i have some withdraw symptoms. Now i guess youre wonderin my height and weight and food intake, well im 19 yrsold female 93lbs. 5'3 . however my low weight is due to my genes. my mother is still 91 lbs and shes 5'1, father is 5'7 and he is about 175lbs. i experience daily dizzy spells b/c i rarely eat but i smoke a lot of weed and at night ill get the munchies so ill try to eat the most then. My hands are constantly stiff and swollen as well as my feet and ankles. Im always clinching my right foot as if thats where i hold all my tension, its always hurting almost feels like a constant cramp, my legs and feet are always sore because im always tensing them up throughout the day and even though i know it hurts i continue to do it. grinding my teeth is bad but worse at night(had it all my life). biting my tongue, picking at my nails to the point they bleed and hurt. and my heart...its the worse, i feel like i must always hold it and if i dont it wil pop out of my chest. i notice on the mornings after i took and abnormally high dose for me my heart will hurt all the next day.while im high i cant eat anything, ill try but ill get sick and stop or throw it all up. but when i try to ease off my dosage i get so sick. sleep weeks at a time, terrible depression. when fall started i ran out of my script and couldnt get another one, and for months i spent in the bed not leaving the house being a complete hoarder and depressed. Im afraid ive gone too far. none of my freinds or family know exactly how much i take. theyve stopped asking. as well as the stiff hands and ankles on certain days where o need more adderall than normally my legs and scalp and hands will tingle lightly to intense all day. NOt only am i addicted to adderall ive tried curing it with smoking weed. At night i needed a quick fix to go to bed and relax my nerves and body and thats what weed did, but when my adderall dose got higher so did my THC tolerence. i need to fix my body and head. I need advice on the most safe way to quit this drug without a form of rehab facility. That for of treatment is just not an option for me.

U are headed for danger.  U r on amphetamines.  Ur heart will not tolerate this much of the drug and u will eventually overdose.  Also, have U thought of the fact that you may have an eating disorder and that is what u like about the drug?  Or you simply like the energy it gives you? Either way, you are taking way too much adderoll and your heart will eventaully give out.

Holy load! My daughter is on a very similar medicine for add and until this site i never realized the addiction potential. If rehab is not an option, do you think you might talk with your doctor because that high of a dose i would think it dangerous to drop off cold turkey, but at the same time i wouldn't think you heart could hold out much longer. Please tell a doctor, they can help. You will be in my prayers, Luv, Jacky

I'm going to be very honest here. The effects you're showing now are things you would only encounter in advanced stages of amphetamine addiction. Your symptoms scare me. You really need to be in a healthcare facility for a monitored detox to make sure your heart is OK during the detox. The strain that this drug is placing on your heart is scary. You need to reach out to someone and get into some sort of program immediately. You're very close to overdosing on this drug and your body is telling you so. Is there someone you can reach out to?
