"How much longer?"

My hubby's Day8...methadone free!!!
Today he asked me...
"How much longer before I start feeling NORMAL again?"
He's still feeling the physical w/ds but they're no where near as bad.  He said the lack of energy, brain fog and 'video head' are the worst things now. He's managing to go to work and forcing himself to do 20min walk everyday.
My answer to his question was that everyone's different but it seems it can take up to 90days to really begin feeling 'normal'...is this right?
My next mission is to get HIM posting on here so he can ask all of you these questions...

my friend said it took her 2 months and started feeling lot better been 4 mos now and she says she finally feels great so tell him to hang on and best of luck

It can take a while the walking will Look into a supplement called  rhodaiola rosea as long as you are NOT on anti depressants .5hpt can really help with mood to .I sure hope you can get him on here I think it would help him so much to know others understand where he is.
