How much suboxone would i need to avoid wd's from 90mg roxicodone

I was taking 1/2 mg of suboxone for over a year. I wanted to get off by taking opiates and screwed up.
So I have been taking 90mg of roxies for 1 week now. I really want to get of the suboxone, but being i screwed up i now need to use the suboxone to get off the roxies. How much suboxone would I need to take, and for how long? I would like to only take the subs for a few days, the less the better. Then I could go by my original plan and take 5 mg percocets until the subs are out of my system. I will have someone hold them for me. I have got off subs this way before and it worked. My original plan was to get off the 1/2mg of subs and I screwed up by taking the roxies !!! I don't know what i was thinking. I have to do it this way because of my job, I can't think straight. Please help !

Eeek. Stop the insanity. The lengths we go to just to avoid withdrawl. There IS no avoiding withdrawl my friend. Are you truly done? Get rid of everything, and just detox. Then get into aftercare to treat your addiction. Your statement "it worked before" says it all. It didn't work, because here you are again. The goal is to be clean and not to be back here again, right? Aftercare will teach you how to live w/o substances. Which is all of our real issue. Every one of us has been through the hell of withdrawl and we can walk you through. Keep posting and we will support you:)
