As long as it wasnt their first time they would be high as hell.. If it was their first time they will be thinking about going to the hospital...

Yep it depends on their resisitance to the opiate.  I once took 25 Percoct 7.5mgs at once, no ill effects.  I know that was stupid but there was alot going on in my life at the time.

Most likely it would make you sick to your stomach (the tylenol or acetominophen does this).  6 grams of tylenol at once can be fatally toxic to the liver and each pill has either 500mg or 325mg.  The FDA claims you should not exceed 4grams in a 24 hour period.  Otherwise, you are killing your liver and kidneys with each pill.

7.5 Vicoden have 750mg acetaminophen per pill......some have 10hydrocodone and 1,000mg acetaminophen. Its easy to do enough to hurt your liver....but i communicate regularly with people from the UK countries that take the 8mg codeine 325 acetaminophen and they take 40+ pills to get the codeine in 4 tylenol #4's......and subsequently are ingesting 10,000- 15,000mg acetaminophen per day. Its not good for you!

see, this is what I'm talking about...

7.5 Vicodin DOES NOT have 750mg acetaminophen nor does 10mg hydrocodone have 1000mg acetaminophen.

never....it just doesnt work that way

any norco pill has 325mg tylenol
vicoden/lortab has 500mg tylenol
any ES has 750mg tylenol

but, as joann said, the real question is are you okay?  We want to help you.  I think one time dose of that many will not kill you, but repeated doses will.  Let us know if we can help.
