Hydrocodone for legitimate pain

I don't have a chronic addiction to hydrocodone 10mg, but have dessication of the lower spine, and have had these prescribed to me for the pain.  But I want to quit taking them and find when I do I feel terrible.  I only take 1 to 2 every other day and have been doing so for about a month.  I am going for a drug test for a job I need so bad and am wondering how long am I'm going to feel this way and what are the chances of it being detected if I take 1 per day until I can wing myself off?  Thanks so much for your help and feedback.

if you can get by taking 1 or 2 every other day you shouldn't have much of a problem "winging" yourself off of them...?

If you have a prescription you have nothing to worry about .If you want to get off of them seen as you are not on much I would cold turkey and be done with it . good luck .

as long as you have a script from a dr and everything is legit, you shouldn't have a problem. I am always honest with all employers because I don't want them to think I have something to hide..
