Hydrocodone withdrawal

Has anyone ever experienced a body odor when detoxing from opiates? It's almost like a medicine smell, very strange. I wonder if it is the toxins leaving your body.

Your body is detoxin all the junk out!!!!! I experienced it every morning waking up dope sick.  It will go away soon.  Keep working through it.  It seemed like I would take a bath every couple hours it would make the cramps in my stomach ease and rinse the sweat off for a short time.

Yep I would say withdrawal was the hardest job I ever did and it stinks !  Exercise speeds up the process of  the chemicals coming out of your tissues.   Congrats on your clean time.

Yes, I usually always experience an odor while detoxing.  You are sweating (usually), and that is one of your body's ways of letting some of the poisons out.  Mine is always worse when detoxing from Heroin rather than pills.

I wouldn't worry about it....just lots of showers...LOL

If it doesn't clear up after detox, get it checked.....Good luck!

Does it smell kind of like vinegar or something on your skin?  I think that it is just from sweating out the stuff like you said!
