I'm on day 12 with no vics feeling the same way. Maybe it is the flu? My stomach only hurts when I eat, and it the cramping in the stomach...just like you described. Alot of germs floating around this time of the year.
i think it could still be WD.. hydo slows down everything..including your digestive functions. THat is why one of its most prominent side effects is constipation, and when you go off it, most people experience diarrhea. Im one of the very rare folks that has never gotten the diarrhea while detoxing. not a single time but i am now a lot more regular LOL. Anyhow It could be your stomach and digestive system still trying to adjust to things. Id give it a bit longer and if its still causing these symptoms in another week or two, go to the doctor to be checked out.
Can you be a bit more specific? It sounds like this stomach issue may be unrelated to your withdrawal. After two weeks clean from a short acting opiate like hydrocodone, you should be relatively normal from a physical perspective. During the acute withdrawal phase (i.e., the first 3-4 days), an upset stomach is par for the course. But after two weeks of total abstinence, such problems should have subsided.
Is it possible that you have an ulcer, or some other medical condition, which the hydrocodone use may have been masking?
Way to go there! I am not sure about the stomach thing. Can you eat bananas They are easy to digest and might help. How long has this been going on?
Welcome here.
