I FELL FOR IT AGAIN

Well instead of going to the river I listen to my husband and let him by me a bottle a drank some of it and now i feel like a failer , But maybe with writing it down to all of you it will help he will be at work tonight when i get home from my job so this wont be a hard day its tue evening when i will just have to stay awat from him . he is not helpful to my needs. we did talk about it, and he did say that he is afraid for me not to drink with him because he would have to face his own fears . thks for the ear. V

i am truly sorry you are in the situation that you are.   when one is trying to face their addictions head on...a support system is crucial.   it doesn't sound like you are going to get that.

have you put any thought into what you are going to do about that?

Now that you have talked about it do you think he will be more sensitve to your needs?   It is really hard to quit anything your addicted to when your "using buddy" is in your own home.

I could take a complete rebuilding of the relationship if alcohol played a big role in what y'all do.

I'm so sorry for your situation. You really do need some outside intervention because it sounds like you are ready to get help but he is not!  Do you have any kind of support system or famly that can help?
