that sux you are still having problems this far out. Is there any way you could take an antidepressant for a short time? One such as Amitriptyline? that helps you sleep, its usually prescribed to take at bedtime due to its sleepiness effects. Its a mild anti-D and it may help you some. something to consider. HOpe you feel better soon!

I can relate to xanax. I took 4mg-5mg a day for 3 years. I have panic and anxiety disorder, and my dr. thought that was the best way to treat it. It ended up turning on me and made my panic attacks worse. I have since switched to ativan, which I take at night. Right now, couldnt live without it. (got off tramadol)
I am NOT saying take ativan, but you may need something to  help with anxiety.
Even try valarian.. That has helped me before, and I know there are lots of people here who have great remedys to try.
Good luck.

Sounds like you have a lousy doctor.Go to a psychyatrist and get this back under control. You need some solid taper schedule from a good doctor. You are having MAJOR withdrawal symptoms and you need professional help.
