I am addicted to snorting my pain pills,can I get back to taking my pills as directed without going through withdrawls?

I take roxicodone,a friend taught me how to snort,now I am addicted to snorting,can I just go back to the way they were perscribed by mouth with no problems?

Back when I was doing those damn roxies i went from snorting them to taking them by mouth and didnt have much of a withdrawl. It just is a different kind of feeling. I guess you should just try. Better to get rid of them all together though. Not trying to sound rude but it would be the best. I dont know your situation though. You may have cronic pain or somthing. Most people have addiction problems with them. Sorry if I wasnt much help.

My nephew is snorting those pills and I do think if he had taken them by mouth it wouldnt have been so hard on his body with those withdrawls. My withdrawl from swallowing pills isnt as bad as his were. Although he has started back up again as he is not ready to quit. Are you wanting to quit?
