Im here anytime! Dont be scared. Sometimes being scared can hurt us more than just facing it. Take it one second at a time! Realize that its going to be hard and you wont feel like yourself for a few days but once its all out of your system you will feel great and you will be you again!

I'm not sure what all you are taking and, except for hydro, I know very little about the different drugs(side-affects, wds, etc) BUT, if you can find a post that has either IBKlean or FLaddict names listed, put your cursor over their names & go to their links, they have ALOT of valuable information for getting thru the physical part of WDs.  Good Luck, Stick with it, AND definitely go look!  I'm a few days ahead of you, but where both in this together...

Its not going to be easy im not going to tell you it will be,Its going to be hard and you need to be ready and you sound like you are.Get Imodium, and you will love the tub with hot water it really helps. When I went through detox the first 3 days were the worst!! I wouldnt quit cold turkey I would reduce the dose little by little cold turkey can hurt you and it will deff make things worse on you!! you are a strong person and you can do this!! let me know if you need anything at all!
