I can detox now

My work for the summer is over, now I have 3 months to get clean. I feel like i can really do it now, because saterday i had to go to the hospital, because i was passing blood. They did a ct scan on my major organs and it turned out i have been passing kidney stones and i have two more in my right kidney. The er doctor  said that my spleen, liver, pancreas, and gallbladder are normal. So i feel i have been given a clean bill of health, so now i can concentrate on detoxing, but i am sitting on a ton of pills. How would you guys go about doing this? My sister said she could come stay with me to take care of my family. Should i go to a 3 day detoxing center?

it just takes time..nothinh you need to do except stay clean and wait...it comes back strong
