I saw a PM doctor today and I struggled to not get drugs from him. I even asked about getting some soma but then I changed my mind! I walked out of that office so full of pride. I didn't score drugs and I am ok with that.

I am scheduled to have the epideral steriod injection on friday. I really hope it helps with my back pain.

as long as the pills are dancing around in your head and not down your throat you are doing good.  leaving the dr's office with no pills is is positively a huge accomplishment and i am proud of you,  keep it up..you got this.

Well, I was way excited for a few hours, then the kids started their nightly "right before dinner time" meltdown and I had visions of pills dancing in my head. At least I don't have them here.

Good for you...I have an appt on friday for steroid injections and he always gives me 30 lortabs...I called the doc who used to give me refills and told them not to give them to me anymore,,,I didnt call this one as he only gave me 30 every 4 months...gotta turn them down...got to!

I hope the shots help you, my wife had good luck with them but I didn't. I have had much better luck with apuncture. Anyway, it's great that you turned down the drugs.

woooooooooooohooooooooo I KNOW how hard that is I have done it myself .....It is soooo hard ....I know alot of people that have had good luck with the injections .I am wishing you the same
