I did not think this would ever happen

good morning everyone, I did not really believe that after every thing happened to me with the w\ds and everything that I would be able to sleep a goodnights sleep.Even last week when I had to take ambien I did not sleep through the night.I flushed the ambien last week and regreted it every night when I slept only a couple hours a night.Last night I went to bed at 10pm and slept til 7 and did not wake up once!!! I honstly did not think that would happen again..I know I will still have bad nights but I now know it does get better!! 23 days clean too.. So to all the newbies just keep hanging on it gets so much better..Sleep does come, and believe me I never thought it would..

That's the most educational way to go I guess and it took a lot of courage for you, alot!  The Ambien is worthless and leads to memory loss and zomby walking.  I'm happy for you and certainly respect your dedication.  Take care of yourself...551

AWESOME!...i slept last night on just rozerem and cough syrup. Matter of fact i have slept 6-9 hours almost all 10 days except two or so. Im trying not use any ambien or benzos myself. Just dont want another issue, im so sick of pills and meds. I look around this planet and the internet and the whole f@cking world is on something. I wanna be the difference and be the guy high on life. It will be a new drug and seeing the world again is addictive.

I'm new here as well however why didn't you take subutex or suboxone for a week or so and avoid any wd/sleep problems?  I know it's kind of expensive but it's very effective leaving even the most addicted people free of any discomfort.  This is only for opiates and not benzos though.  Congrats on your progress and take care...551
