I feel lucky

I'm new to this site and feel so lucky to find out that I'm not alone. I fortunately have a lot of will power and have weaned down from 10 10/325 a day to 2.5 a day. I'm getting ready to stop all together. I've had the runny nose, leg pain, severe swearing and diarrhea and that's just from cutting back. The Advil has really helped with the leg pain, I'm taking a multi vitamin and drinking lots of orangeade. I've been taking Valium to help with sleeping and a prescription Imodium for the stomach issues. I'm also taking Wellbutrin for depression. It's one of the hardest things I've ever done but I'm determined to beat this. I wish everyone on this site the best of luck and stick with stopping the drugs.

I want to thank every one for their support.  I wasn't able to go cold turkey. Was just too sick but I taper down every couple of days and that seems to be working better for me. I wish everyone the best!

Welcome and congratulations!  It sounds like you are doing all the right things.  
You are very strong to be able to taper; I couldn't.  I do agree with the other posts and hope you are almost ready to jump.  The tapering really seems to prolong the withdrawal process, but we are all different.  
Good luck and keep posting; we are all here for you.  The support and advice on this site is amazing; I wouldn't be here without it.  I go to 12 step meetings too, but not as many as I want, so this site is a life line for me.

All this pain n symptoms suck!! Sounds like you're right there with the withdrawals. When are you wanting to stop all together? I think ur wd time n symptoms would end sooner !

Welcome to the forum!  Sounds like your taper is going well.  When do you plan to jump off?  Your symptoms all sound very familiar with the exception of the "severe swearing"....hahaha!  No....jk......severe sweating is the norm......let us know how we can help you.
