I have succesfully made on 20mgs today

I made a decsion to cut one back today.  I went 6hours without a hydro then took my last one at the 6hr mark.(I wont take anymore tonight)  I only had tons of back pain and feelings of lazyness.  Its so much easier to do this at home!  I hate being at work trying it!  Hopefully by the end of the weekend I can be at 15mgs:)  No cut backs during the work week though that scares me!  This slow tapper is working........Im amazed and bored is anyone out there tonight?

Thanks for your support, I'm just struggling with weither or not to just jump in my bed and suffer it out, or tapering off

you will try going slow so theres not so much pain.  The advice that has worked best for me is choosing the time I need it most which is the am,  I make sure I am ok during that time, like I take 11/2 pills the first 2 doses of the day then for a week my third dose was only one and fourth dose 1/2 of one now today no fourth dose and only 1/2 on my third. Make sense?  This didnt happen overnight it took about a week to find my comfort zone.........I went to fast at first and I was dying!!  Hang in there nomatter how much you are taking you can start cutting back!  Stay on this site and keep reading its been a life saver for me!
