I need an answer fast please !

Hi ,many of you know im tapeing from a Three 10/500 hydro dose . I took it 5 times a week for 9 months. Ok im down to 1 and 1/4 a day. Im REALLY jumpy today . I was thinking of taking halfs once or twice a day now . Please advice is needed. I`ve been tapering for a week now . THANKS Guys Jimmy

thankfully your dose isn't a whole lot. You will be fine. I think that we work ourselves up so much and make it worse than it really is. Since you are doing so well tapering (congrats) keep doing it. It takes alot of discipline to taper and that is awesome. I wish I could have done that. You are stronger than you are giving yourself credit. hang in there..Soon you will be free of this nonsense..

I would definitely break them in 1/2's and maybe take 1 1/2 twice a day and then two of the 1/2's once a day. maybe the two 1/2 at night so you could sleep easier? or 1 1/2 every 6 hours of the day. I know EXACTLY what you mean by 'jumpy'. thats how i've felt every time i've tapered my does down at least for the first few days. I suppose its better than cold turkey. congrats again on tapering down!! oh, I bet the jumpiness has a lot to do with our anxiety. I think you mentioned you have a lot of anxiety also? Me too. feel better!

Halfs might really help try to space them as evenlly as you can .We are here to help...

Definitely split the pills and spread you dose throughout the day. You will feel better doing it that way. Tapering does not have to be super quick. If you are having trouble, level off at that dose for a few more days. The point is to get clean, not be miserable. You are doing really good, by the way.
