I need help advice on quitting suboxone Please

Hi I have been on sub for 6 years now! crazy I know! But Im sick of it i want my life back! I have 2 children & it is hard. i went from 2- 8mg  pills a day to 1\2 of a 8mg pill so 4mgs a day. That was a big cut. My body is now adjusting to the 1\2 tab a day. But i want off it completely. I have alot of pain fibromalagia (fibromyalgia), a cyst on my spine, & 4 messed up discs on my lower back. So im scared to quit. But want to. any advice to help with the tapering, & withdrawls, any advice at all to help me get off these I would appericate. Thank you all!

Hi!  You are going to need to taper it down to crumbs if you can.  Can you talk with your doctor about helping you taper?  There are definitely things you can do to help with the WDs when you start having them.
