I need some opinions please!!

Today starts 9 days clean for me,and I feel really good,but real tired.I went c\t of a 2 year norco addiction.I flushed my  ambiem because I did not want to become addicted to the sleeping pill.I want to be pill free. but I am still having trouble sleeping. I toss and turn all night.I tried everything otc they have to offer.I just want to sleep.I'm thinking maybe I should have my ambiem refilled so I can use it for a few days,but then I wont be pill free.I just don't know what to do.Any advice right now would be great!!

oh, i didnt sleep forever.  gnc makes something called sleep formula...i took everything too but this worked for me.  i have 4 months clean and still take it a couple nights a week.  all natural and NON addicting.  hope you can get it and try it it was a life saver for me.  i didnt sleep for two and a half months.

If u only use the ambiem sparingly u will not become addicted to it.....It is tough to get through the day without any sleep....Congrats on 9 days, sleep should be getting better soon, but like i said if you have to use it, dont' over do it!!!

A good night sleep does wonders. I don't see any harm in getting the ambien since you are aware that they are addictive.

It's even harder for someone like me that is older. Because us old folks have trouble sleeping to begin with.

What I do is get up early and work until I'm real tired and try not to nap when I get home so I can sleep the night through. I found when I woke up at 3:30am and tossed and turned I would start thinking about problems and such which made the day even worse.

I'm happy to see you have made it 9 days clean. You done good.
