I take Oxycontin for Crohn's Disease.

I have been prescribed 30mg twice a day of Oxycontin for Crohn's Disease.  I recently started feeling weird towards when I am supposed to take my medication.  I feel start to feel anxious, and in the mornings I am waking up early, feeling totally awake, then after a little bit of being awake I fall back asleep.  Has this happened to anyone else? What should I do?

when i did oxys i was fully of energy.pain pills keep me up not put asleep.i heard effects sex life. i dont know about that made me hornier than hell. that why i got addicted to them the great sex me and wife had on them

I remember when opiates did that for me too.

I am 26years old, turn 27 on 3/14. I have been on the same dosage for about 1.5 years now.  After I take my medication, it definitely helps with the pain and gives me bursts of energy.  The closer it comes to the 12hrs between my morning dose and evening dose I feel anxious, sometimes increased yawning and watery eyes.  In the mornings, I wake up about 12hrs after my evening dose, usually 6:30am-8am.  It is impossible to fall back asleep until I take my medication.  Can anyone else account for incidents like this?  I also take Promethezene 25mg 3 times a day, and Klonopin 2mg in the evening, around 9-10pm.  It is very frustrating, especially waking up so early in the morning, cause the rest of the day I am tired and usually have to take a nap.

I get tired, sleep better and have more energy and feel very happy.
And my partner gets VERY happy, my god it makes you horny.
But I have noticed that I get very tired in the day and end up falling asleep but feel very awake again, very itchy eyes and nose. Strange. I get quite anxious about times as well, I just want relief there and then, should I take them now rather than waiting etc
Unfortunately I'm getting used to it so it's probably just that the dose needs to be increased, particularly when you've been on it for a long time.
