I want to quit corex addiction permanently

My name is Sanju and i found this community through Internet. I am telling you about my problem and want to know that if there is permanent cure for my problem. My problem is that I am addicted to cough syrups frequently from time to time and it has been going on from the last 8 or 9 years. From the last October 12, 2009  I again hooked to cough syrups after quitting it for almost 3 and half years. I took 2 bottle of Corex everyday with 5 or 6 Alprax tablets and at night i took 2 diazepam tablet to go to sleep. I don't know why and I want to quit this habit forever and want to live a normal life but everytime i tried to quit the withdrawals symptoms occurs and I had to take that again.

All I wanted to know that what do i do to quit this habit forever. I had done it before and i quit cold turkey but now every night i think that i'm not gonna do this tomorrow but the next morning i found myself at the chemist store. I am unmarried and i am very desperate to quit this. I didn't tell my addiction to anyone not even to my girlfriend and she thinks that I am a good guy but i really feel guilty and this led to anger and i have no control on myself then.
