I wanted to send out some Encouragement for anyone starting the Withdrawal Process

Hey All... I am on day 4 and feeling so so much better... the only real lingering thing is Fatigue which hopefully will subside once I get a full nights sleep.  I just want to give back as everyone here has really been so encouraging and supportive.  I am in no way saying this is easy .. but that it is doeable especially knowing there are people out there going through what you are , just at different stages.  I also want to share for me that taking reqular tylenol every 6 hours really helped me with the physical pain part .. I am not saying it releaved it but certainly took the edge off for me.  Again thanks for all your help and Support ... looking forward to posting everyday and adding a day at a time  Thanks Von

Congrats on day 4!!!  You sound so much better today.  The sleep will come back.  I know lack of sleep can really wear you down but you will snooze again.  You are doing great so keep being positive and stay strong........sara
