I was doing ok but now I'm getting worse; Please Help.

I just stopped 185mg per day16 days ago. To help me I obtained some 30/500 Cocodomol, Trammadol Zopiclone 7.5 (to help sleep) &  Vittamin B99.  I've been taking the same dose for 6 years. I quit suddenly & felt that the Cocodomol & Trammadol really were helping. After 12 days I thought that the major symptoms were over & even started to feel quite good for very short periods of time. Since then, (I'm now on day 24) & I'm feeling worse again. I'm suffering from headaches & really tender prickly skin all over my body & inside my chest. Energy levels are going down. I get manically hungry at times & although I'm drinking plenty of fruit juice & Ribbina I'm getting really dehydrated. The worse thing of all is that the Zopiclones have gone (didn't work) & now I can't get to sleep & feel as if I'm going completely mad.

Please help if you are able to.

What exactly were you coming off of? BTW, you cannot hydrate properly w/ fruit juices. You need to drink plain water (2 to 3 litres per day!) It's very important. Do you have liver issues? Please keep posting. We're here.

I am just now tapering off, from pills.Gonna.stop completely  by Sat. I have quit drinking after 30 years of it. Sober from alcohol for 22 months. From everything I learned in rehab, is there are points of recovery, that for no reason, we go through rough patches as far as anxious, and not feeling great. As far as sleep can u ask it doctor for something like trazadone. U will probably need a high.dose. like 150mg. That should help. I know for me these patches of time passed. U can.look up the times when we are likely to relapse. For some reason.our.brains seem to have a trigger. I don't know if that helped, but wanted to let u know I hear u.
