Icy Hot

by joe19, Nov 19, 2007 04:46PM
I've been using this a lot to help with the muscle aches and such. Does anyone know if rubbing this on my arms/legs would help with the RLS/creepy crawlies if I get them once I get down that low on my taper?

are you married? where you wife can massage your calves?  i wished i would of did it when my hubby was home..I did use something like icy hot and it did help...But hot hot baths help the most..I did also take requip because i always have had RLS even before pills...So not sure if that helped..I did not get it every nite but did get it alot..
I would fill the water only enough for my legs...i would get back in bed and leave the water, then get back in and add hot, and let some out at the same time..
I also had one of the hand massagers , and use that on my calves..
Get alot of other peoples advice and what helped them, to me that is the best med...
good luck
