Well thought i would drop in and say today makes day lucky 13 LOL the urges are all gone now, just i have to deal with the energy issue i relied on them so heavily for the "boost" anyway thanks for all the support so far..............

The energy will take a little while but it will come back.

Congrats and glad u stopped in...the energy thing is a humdinger....exercise helps...my vitamins do as well...it comes back in cycles for me with good energy days and bad ones...hang in there and keep us posted
