Welcome to the forum! Good for you....deciding to take your life back is the best decision you will ever make.
88 hrs in is HUGE! Most people say the first 100 hours are the most brutal....for the physcial part.....and each person progresses at a different pace. Since you used for 10 yrs.....be patient with yourself...the brain and body take time to heal. Our nervous systems really take a beating and each day we don't put an opiate in our bodies....we are HEALING!!
You mentioned in your first post that you quit with a bottle of 90 vics in your house. Sure hope you have gotten rid of them....as well as cutting off all your sources, telling your dr./dealer(s) etc. that you are done.
If you haven't heard about the 3 "S's"....sources, secrets, support.....they represent the 3 s's in the word SUCCESS. To be successful in not only GETTING clean....but STAYING clean we need to eliminate sources, share our previously guarded secret addiction with someone that we can be accountable to and get some aftercare support. The only place "success" comes before "work"...is in the dictionary....LOL
Wishing you success on the road to recovery~
