Hey Hope you are feeling a little better today friend
You have no more pills in your possession now right? Dont beat yourself up. You never fail as long as you keep trying~
I'm on the same boat as you trust me! I'm going school as well! Let's do it together and end this all and save our money all that money would of been such much better and live happily and woudn't have to worry waking up taking it and vice versa.
Thanks! I guess we are on the same boat, right? If I can do, you can do it!!! Trust me. It is so freaking hard though...
I feel you're pain, also I'm 25 I use to be addicted as a kid in high school to now. It's painful to even think about it! It's depressing actually. I don't even want to think about it and I did releapse couple days ago as well. Keep your head up! It be all over soon.
Thanks spider! I really appreciate ur comment! I adore u guys!! Xoxo
It's not how many times you fall down honey. It's how many times you get back up. So keep going forward. There are lessons to be learned here so take that lesson and move on. Hang in there and whatever you do, don't use...
Have you tried just some OTC pain pills - like Alleve? They help me. I have bad back issues as well (I am twice your age - but I'm told age has nothing to do with it)
Good for you for getting back on the horse!!
Omfg! I freaking love you! That's a beautiful quote. I will write that in my detox journal and say/read daily. Thank you! I can do this! I just want to get over the physical withdrawals than start going to meetings!
Aww, hi there,
hat's off to those who've never seen the ground via falling on their face. I admit I've had gravel chin on more than one occasion. The only thing that
matters is now......and now you are up and on top of it.! Good for you!
All I can say is you're pretty awesome and pretty brave to open yourself up like that so you are so obviously determined. The very best of luck to you.
peace and prayers.......
Hey there....No need to hate yourself and def no need to apologise! I've used this quote before on the forum but it is particularly suitable for you at this point in your journey......Courage doesn't always roar like a lion, sometimes, at the end of the day, it's the quiet voice in your head whispering "tomorrow i will try again"....you my friend have true courage....keep going we're all cheering you on.

Thanks sweetie! My hubby is looking for my heating pad. Just got out of the bath. Hardest thing that I've ever done.
Thanks for not judging me. I hate this. This is the hardest, **** thing I've ever done in my life. All my bad memories are coming back to me...
Hang in there bubbles! This detox hurts like crazy! I know you have a little one so hours in the tub aren't always possible. Soak when you can. Get a good heating pad or blanket. When I did this last time a heating pad was my best friend! Some times I had 2 going. Moving them from back to legs and such! You can do this! Keep pushing forward!
Please don't beat yourself up. Most of us have been where you are. Live and learn. Adjust your plan. CUT YOUR SOURCES!! That's the big thing that will trip you up every single time. As far as the pain thing goes, I also suffer from chronic pain and it does get better. It's just a matter of breaking the cycle with the pills and toughing it out for a while. You have been on the pills for a long time, but you are young and should bounce back fairly quickly. Just know that you can do this. We are here for you.
Okay, I'll take a bath right now. I told my mom that I started detoxing. I started taking vitamins a couple of days ago. So, it's going to take a couple of months to re-evaluate my pain??? FM! However, it makes since b/c I've been on pills for 8 freaking years!!! I'm only 27.....:(
get up dust yourself off and move forward. does your parents know you are detoxing?
increased pain during detox is normal. take some hot baths with Epsom salts. take magnesium/calcium supplements.
moving around and walking helps you heal faster.
being honest with yourself is the most important thing.
no need to hate yourself.
you have been on opiates for a lot of years. pain actually increases long term on opiates, hyperalgesia- opiate induced pain. it will take a month or two post opiates to re- evaluate your pain.
