I'm upset with myself

I'm angry because this last year and a half I was just using my bf for pills and he was using me for a place to stay. Now, I don't know what to do. I guess him and I are like 2 peas in a pod. I'm feeling angry like I use to when I drank. But sober people get angry too.

Just had to vent.

Hi Dove,
Everyone even sober people have a right to get angry a little anger is healthy.  I get angry at the people in my life who knew I needed help and chose to turn a head to it instead of kicking me in the butt and saying you are strug out, i understand you been through hell BUT time to do something.  The anger doesnt last long.  And anger is not a factor this week.  BUT I did have a very emotional night last night.  All my fiancee did was hold me calm me and let me get it out of my system.  What a guy.  I hope I can keep deserving him for a long long time. I am doing ghost busting right now, and putting the past in the past and it feels good.  I started a journal.  One day maybe I will publish it.  Keep up the good work and we are all entittled to a bad day now and then OR an angry one.
