Is CT going to present serious problems for me

I have been taking 6 10/325mg of Percocets every day for a year since my back accident. I want and need to stop taking and want to try to do it CT. However, I am concerned about the consequences. Can I die from stopping all at once? Do I have to be prepared to go to the hospital? How bad will the symptoms be and for how long? When will it be its toughest? Is this considered a lot of Percocet per day or a little.

Yup day 1-3 is hardest, day 4 things start to look up. I am on day 8 and feel great. Just know that everything will go back to normal as each day goes by.

Stopping from 6 percocets per day will not kill you.  You will go through withdrawal for about  days or so and it may be uncomfortable, but you will be fine.  It will be the hardest on days 2 - 4, but will start to improve quickly after that.  You will feel restless and be agitated and in general you will feel like you have the flu.  You will get a runny nose, feel cold chills, and have the runs - most likely - take some imodium and read the Thomas Recipe in the Health Pages for a list of other suppliments that will help you.  Take some hot baths - get exercise, even though you will not feel like it - make yourself get out for a walk.  Eat some bananas for the restless legs.  Most of all, keep posting, there are a ton of great people here who will support you every step of the way - we have all been where you are, you can get through this.
