There are not many medication which go implosive when mixed with opioids, even a partial agonist like buprenorphine.  Other than the standard ope caveats of avoiding other CNS depressants, fill yer boots.

heh take yer meds.  Sorry, "fill yer boots" is a saying in the local dialect of the island I am from on the very east coast of Canada.  But yeah, you can mix almost anything with Suboxone (buprenorphine HCL [partial agonist, mu receptor agonist, kappa receptor antagonist] and the mu antagonist nalxone), heart condition meds, whatever.  So yeah, by all means, go for it.
