I was precribed ambien for my sleeping problems and then larter prescribed xanax. So my question is just this.is it a good idea to take an AMBIENCR and a XANAX in the same night before bed?

this is an addiction forum...not a good idea to give medical advice here///but if u ned an addictive drug like xanax for sleep with ambien on top of it...u may need to seek a drs advice for sure

That's really something you should talk to your doctor about since he knows your medical history. I know that's not the answer you want to hear but better to be safe than sorry. I'd just give the office a call tomorrow.
