It's Calling

okay, i'm workin on day 7.  help please.  i'm just sitting here reading post and all of a sudden my addiction begins to talk to me.  what the @*#*!  i really hate this.  i don't know if the things that i've been through today is what triggered this or not.  i had to put my 14 year old dog down today and i lost my job too.  i felt really good all day until right now -- this minute.  any suggestions?

Easy now. Thats the demons talking to ya. Dont give in PLEASE. Find something to do to keep busy,you will really be pissed at yourself later. Look at what you have accomplished so far. You've come way to far to fall back now. Come on fight it off, you didnt quit just to go back so don't. I feel like giving up to sometimes but the people on here have helped keep me going so you keep going too.-John

calm down sweetie.....breathe in jesus ....breathe out satan.....not only is it funny it actually works ....because addiction is like satan always there always tempting in the worst times and ways......u r strong....i know uve been thru alotoday but its nothing u cant handle right? thats what i have to keep telling myself too....someone told me on here that it takes 20 minutes fo a craving to pass .......its true.....find something intersting that u like to do for 20 to 30 minutes then see how u feel .....talk on the phone,read a book,vent on here,kill hubby(just kidding) hang in there im here if u need me....im having a bad day too and need someone myself.....love u sister....god bless u

u guys are the absolute best.  i'm beginning to feel a little better.  not all the way yet, but i feel some calming coming.  i like the "breathe in jesus . . .breathe out satan."  i'm literally doing that right now.  thanks guys.  love you all.
