Maybe no one knows, but I'm day 10 off sub after being on it for ten months. My Q is how long will the hot flashes last?

Everyone is different, but my hot flashes/sweating/goosebumps after quitting sub lasted a loooog time.. I was having goosebumps/hot flashes until around day 60...it was the longest, lingering physical symptom of them all.. but it started the slow upward slope of improvement around day 15.  Hopefully you will start feeling improvement soon.  Good luck.

"chills" will probably last a few more weeks, suboxone is a very long detox, just hang on for the ride and dont use no matter what happens!
you can do it, good luck

Hmm interesting. I used suboxone for a couple years, quit a couple weeks ago too. I dont get the hot flashes, but I do get leg cramps and other sucky symptoms. I discovered an OTC that actually helps the milder symptoms that last a bit longer. Its called Tranquil day calming formula "caplets help relax and reduce occasional simple nervousness, tension, restlesness, and related irritability", its a mix of hops extract, valerian extract, and magnesium. I have to say it actually works on me... Last night was my first good night of sleep in weeks. Congrats and gl staying clean! Its a marathon, not a race.
