Juicing Veggies for Back/Leg wd's

I know this may sound far fetched, but if you can get your hands on a juicer, I would def try this out.  I juice some organic kale, green apples, red beets, cucumbers, celery, and carrots.  It really helps keep my pain under control with the surge of natural vitamins, also gives you a nice boost of energy.  By no means takes it away, but definitely makes me feel A LOT better.  The problem is finding the energy to get up and do it.  But believe me, it is worth it.  I even feel like it helps to save a little and drink before bed, helps me get a better sleep.  Truckin' along on day 1, going to get some hylands for tonight, never took it so I want to see if it works.  I want to try getting this evil out of me the natural way.  Today was quite easy, spent with family and because I was up and moving I really didnt focus on the pain I was having.  Unfortunately, I just got home and a sudden rush of anxiety took over.  Is there any suggestions (preferably natural) on how to get rid of that feeling?? I'm ready to rip my hair out.  But this will be so worth it in the end!  I just typed out my journal for the day and listed a few things I cant wait to do again when I am off of these.  And the funny thing is, I could have been doing them this whole time if it werent for these stupid pills.

Anxiety ?.... the old and good breathing exercises .... inspire and expire very, very slowly... being that you practise yoga, you know a lot about breathing... Even eating very slowly an apple can help  slowing down our heart beat....
another good thing is to work on your thoughts, instead of running away from them, face them with some constructive rationalising. this is more important than what we might think.... if we try to distract ourselves from our negative thoughts, most of them will keep coming until we are involved in a cycle of automatic negative thoughts that increase our anxiety of the long term. So work on them before they become cronic negative thinking.

a long hot bath with relaxing music, exercising, going for a walk... you know, things that can relax you.. Good luck with it

No it's not far fetched because any fruits or vegetables is always good for you and will only make things better not worse. If your having anxiety I would just stop whatever your doing and take deep breaths ask yourself. Where am I, what am I doing, and why am I stressing out, and is it worth it. That's what I did and it seemed to help along with a hot bath/shower. Drink LOTS of water and NO greasy foods. You need to clense your system. Good luck and keep posting!
