As I said in my last post, I'm not counting the days but I think I'm 60 something now.
It seems like that bad time in my life is a "lifetime" behind me.
I've substituted my use with getting back to the gym, where I have spent a great deal of time in my adult life. I'm really happy with my progress, I've shot up from 197 to 216 lbs in around 6 weeks and dropped 2" in my waist. Some of my "poundages" have more than tripled. 6 weeks ago it was all I could do to bench press 135 for a set of 10. Now I'm maxing out at 315 after pyramiding up with 3 other sets at lower weight. Nitric Oxide Expander (loaded with Tyrosine) has helped with energy during the workouts and with recovery. I don't recover like I used to.
I feel great. No cravings of any kind. The only problem is the stiffness when getting up in the morning, but that's to be expected when your 48 years old, workout or no workout...
My wife is out of town all week; the house has been cleaned, laundry done, yardwork done and I'm enjoying the Olympics at night. Can't wait to watch the Lightning Bolt tonight. I think the 200 record will be broken. (I used to be a sprinter and love this part of track and field).
Going to flyfish for some giant Smallmouths this weekend.
Life is good...
