Most of the psychical symptoms were gone for me at around Day 10. I used a lot more and a lot longer than you, so hopefully your symptoms won't last as long as mine. Everyone is different. All the things weaver mentioned above helped me, especially excercise. As much as getting up and moving sounds like the worst thing in the world it will help. Congrats on 72 hrs! I'm on day 34 and it's so worth the discomfort for a few weeks to live a drug free life. You're doing great.

Takes about 5 days for your last dose to leave your body, then you shoukd start slowly healing and 14 days the physical shoukd be fading. It's differ t for everyone and you maintained a low dose, but wanted to be straight about how it is for many.
Protein shake
Cal/mag/zinc
EmergenC
Multivitamin
Those things helped me the most. It will be worth it, hang In there. I feel better now than I did the last several years on dones. Try not to focus on how you feel and keep moving. Take walks, bike, swim, even though it's hard, a little exercise helps a ton.
