Anyone know what to do for the leg pain? The 800mg motrin helps for maybe an hour.

lady, i would look into an electric blanket for when you are home ,you can wrap up in it ..it will help you relax.

That was my worst symtom when i detoxed...Avis is right, that will help.....i used heating pads, and hot baths...As far as medicines, the only thing that helped was clonodine...Because it would knock me out!!!

I will try it. Have one, Thinking there has to be an easyer way. Just really afraid of the methadone. read alot of bad things about it. Plus it messes with my panic attacks. causes me to have more of them. Can not take the meds I need for that with the methadone... Do not know what is worse...

That  was the worst for me...rls..and i still have it(not wd related)

I also found EXERCISE or a WALK helped too!!

Can not take clonodine. It gives me relly bad headaches......I know it also helps with the sweats too.. Wish I could take it. Guess cause my BP is low already. Not really sure.

yes methadone is VERY hard to come off of ....i commend you for doing this .It has to very very difficult. have you thought about suboxzone .When it come to methadone detox I think sub is very helpful,methadone detox is like nothing else.

ladyboop with those hot baths try epsom salt it works wonders and eat some bananas the potassium helps.  good luck on your quest for freedom

No have not tryed suboxzone. Have not doesed it 3 days. Was thinking of going today. taking 15mgs, for a few days then going down to 10mgs. I saw this list of vitamins. and wanted to start them. Then trying to stop the meth... Just trying to make it easyer. Hard this stuff can stay in your body 3 mos!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope that is not true..
