For my friends out there, I want to say thank you so much!! You all have helped me so much.. I am doing okay on my tapper.. I am not saying it has not been hard. But today I feel like I am going to make it... I could not have done it without ALL OF YOU.. big thanks to, waitingtolong,Mr Lucky, and worreid, you all are the best.. Today I do feel really good.. that could change.. As long as it not like yesterday.. I was so mad, for nothing.. whats that about, I have no clue.. Just toox 1/2 xanax and slept it off.. I am glad I have those. they do help.. Guess my panic attacks have been good for something..lol..lol.. Best I see it 2 to 3 more days...

I ma glad to hear your feeling stronger..it makes a huge difference in our success along with the wonderful support here. It's good to hear some positive things..it helps us all..Keep up the fight. It will get better..best of luck to you.
